Best Raw Tomato Soup Recipe

If you need to fight off chills on cold winter days, nothing beats a bowl of delicious tomato soup. Packed with antioxidants and vitamin C, this old family favorite will keep the sniffles away.

Ingredients
4 cups cherry tomatoes
2 cups sun-dried tomatoes, soaked
2 tablespoons agave syrup
3 teaspoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried thyme
2 teaspoons lemon juice
Sea salt to taste
A pinch of nutmeg
2 cups water

Preparation:
Put everything in the blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Serve at room temperature.
