Delicious salad dressings can help keep you motivated to maintain your commitment to a raw diet. This sweet-and-savory dressing also has an excellent supply of nutrients thanks to the addition of Dulse seaweed. Serve over fresh spring greens or sprouted legumes.
1 cup olive oil
Juice of 2 lemons
1/2 cup mixed fresh herbs, such as basil, parsley, oregano and coriander
1/2 teaspoon honey
1/2 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons Dulse seaweed
Put all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. If you’d rather your dressing had more texture, chop the herbs as fine as possible and mix well with the oil, juice and honey.
