Last week I purchased Eating for Energy by Yuri Elkaim. This is a truly incredible book to read, even if you’re not fond of raw food. It explains exactly how our bodies work and the writer strikes a nerve when talking about the diseases that are infested in our bodies, not surprisingly though, to know what is behind this epidemic.
Eating for energy is one of my favorite health books. As a professional athlete, being fit is not enough, it is very essential to know what happens inside your body and what foods are good for you. This book is well written, and the recipes are helpful it’s like having your own costume made diet planned out by a dietitian.
