Raw Chocolate Mousse Recipe

Chocolate mouse is a decadent treat that is delicious for dessert or all by itself. You’ll have a hard time convincing your family that this rich, creamy raw mousse is dairy-free. Kids love it, and the nutrients from bananas, avocado and flaxseed are great for growing bodies.

4 bananas
4 tablespoons raw cocoa
2 tablespoons avocado oil
3 tablespoons agave syrup
1 teaspoon flaxseed oil

Place everything but the water in a food processor or blender. Blend on medium to high speed until smooth. If the mixture gets too thick, add water by the tablespoon and blend again until it is the right consistency.
