Raw Red Beet Steaks raw food recipe

Beet “steaks” are an easy, make-ahead option for dinner. You can prepare them the night before and store in the refrigerator for a quick meal starter on busy days.

Ingredients:
3 small beets, grated
2 small carrots, grated
1 clove garlic
1 cup cashews, soaked
1/2 cup almonds, soaked
5 sundried tomatoes, soaked
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and Pepper to taste

Preparation:
Process the nuts, garlic, sundried tomatoes, olive oil, salt and pepper in a food processor until blended. Add the grated beets and carrots and process until smooth. Shape into small patties.
