Raw Smoothies for Stressful Days

Smoothies are a good way to get nutrients into your body quickly. They are also easy on your stomach for days when you’re too stressed to eat. Just pop these ingredients in the blender and mix until smooth.


Stress-Stomach Relaxer:
2 kiwis
¼ cantalope
1 banana

Chocolate Banana:
3 cups almond milk
1 tablespoon almond butter
2 tablespoons carob powder
1 frozen banana
Dash of vanilla
Add honey or stevia if you’d like extra sweetness.

Green Coconut:
2 handfuls of mixed greens (spinach, arugula, chard, kale, romaine, etc).
Coconut water
1 tablespoon coconut oil (organic cold-pressed)
2 avocados, peeled and pitted

Green Berry Melon:
1 cup strawberries
1 cup raspberries
1 slice watermelon
1/2 cup parsley

Goji Banana:
2 1/2 cups almond milk
1/2 cup goji berries
1 banana
1 teaspoon honey
