Busy Day Raw Smoothies recipe

Try these smoothies for a good, quick meal on busy days.

Spicy Chocolate:
1 cup of coconut water
1 banana
1 tablespoon Maca (Peruvian ginseng)
1/2 cup cocoa beans
2 teaspoons carob powder
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Add honey or stevia for more sweetness.

Energy Builder:
1/2 mango
1 cup pineapple
10 strawberries
1 banana
1 tablespoon Maca (Peruvian ginseng)
Ice cubes

Apple Mint:
2 bananas
1 small cucumber
2 tablespoons fresh basil
1 tablespoon fresh mint
1 apple

South Asian:
1 cup durian (available in Asian food markets)
1 banana
1/2 cup cocoa beans
1 tablespoon Maca (Peruvian ginseng)

Very Berry
Almond milk
1/2 cup goji berries
2 cups mixed frozen berries
1 banana
Honey to taste
