Different combinations of fruits and vegetables have different effects in the body, but they all helps to clean and strengthen the organs and bring vitality, viability and oxygen into the cells. The recipes are designed for one person and can be varied and adjusted according to taste and variety.

The alkaline reset button
The most basic juice that give a high mineral and water boost. Perfect for the most sensitive stomachs.

5 stalks celery
1/2 cucumber
1/2 apple

8 stalks celery
6-8 leaves kale

Citrus Juice
This contains huge amounts of vitamin C and calcium, which builds skin and bones, as well as detoxifying the body. Perfect for breakfast.
2 Oranges
2 lemons
1 Grapefruit

Salsify has a strong blood cleansing effect and is a great base to help the body produce hormones. Black root contains one of the largest quantities of organic iron of any food. Cabbage helps with large amounts of alkaline minerals to build tissue and improve the environment in the most acidified body. Cucumber and celery make the taste milder and help with electrolytes and oxygen.

Coconut water is available in fresh coconuts and bottled in health food stores. It is the cleanest and most accessible water for our cells. When it is combined with spirulina, which contains large amounts of high-quality, easily absorbed protein and minerals, this is the perfect “brain boost”.
