Easy Raw “Meatballs”

These raw “meatballs” are a savory starter for a hearty meal. Add a beet salad and a slice of berry pie and you’re back in your mom’s kitchen.

Ingredients:
5 cups walnuts
40 grams of arugula
10 sundried tomatoes
1 teaspoon olive oil
5 cm leeks

Preparation:
Process the walnuts in a food processor until finely chopped. Add the arugula and process again. Add the leeks, sun-dried tomatoes and oil and process. Roll into balls.
