Green Melon Smoothie

Sweet honeydew melon is a summertime favorite everywhere. This green melon smoothie will pick you up on a slow morning. Include the melon seeds for extra nutrients.

Ingredients:
100 grams of leafy greens
1/2 honeydew melon, cut into pieces (Note: Save the seeds.)
3-5 cups water

Preparation:
Place the greens in a blender and blend on high with some of the water. Add in the melon pieces and seeds and a little more water. Blend until nice smoothie texture.
