Chili Apple Cocoa Pie Raw Recipe

Chili and cocoa is a great combination. Add a tart red apple and you have a unique taste sensation. The recipe is for one serving but feel free to make more and invite friends and family!

1 apple
Zest from 1/2 lemon
1 cm fresh red chili pepper, finely chopped or a pinch of chili flakes
1/2 tablespoon honey

1 cup almonds
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon raw cocoa
1 tablespoon grated coconut
Pinch of salt

Process the almonds in a food processor until finely chopped. Add the coconut, honey, salt and cocoa and process again until everything is mixed. Press the dough into a small pie dish. Coarsely chop the apple. Place in a bowl. Add lemon zest and chilies and mix. Add on top of cocoa base.
