Easy Raw Parsley Tabouleh recipe

Parsley is full of nutrients, including iron, calcium, vitamin C and carotene. Parsley is also incredibly good for reviving the stomach. This parsley tabouleh can be whipped up in just minutes.

Ingredients:
1 bunch parsley, finely chopped
2 tomatoes, cut into cubes
2 avocados, cut into cubes
Juice from 1/2 lime
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup hemp seeds, shelled
1/2 red onion (optional)

Stir all ingredients together and enjoy!
